Turn pedometer on (move the unit) and hold down the SET button for 3 seconds. Clr will flash.

Push the SET button to clear the data or the MODE button to cancel.

Use the VIEW button to step through and clear each of the 7 previous days using the same procedure.

Note: Clr will flash for 10 seconds before cancelling.
